Our Behaviour Policy sets out how we promote positive behaviour at TPA and the stepped approach that is followed to manage negative behaviour when it occurs.
Our RESPECT agenda was developed through consultation with children, staff and parents and it underpins everything that we do at Tangmere Primary Academy, at home, out in the community and online.
It encompasses self-respect, respect for others, respect for the environment and respect for the resources that we have.The importance of self-respect drives this agenda as it forms the very foundation of the choices that everybody makes in their lives and is fundamental to our mental health.
